Upon checking in, I found the rooms to be clean and the entire facility well-maintained, which was great. However, there was a strong smell in the rooms. The hotel is usually peaceful, but unfortunately, during my stay, there was an unpleasant incident where a guest was loudly expressing their frustration towards the employees from big companies renting multiple rooms.
Upon checking in, the hotel room had a strong unpleasant odor, and I had to request a different room due to the initial cleanliness issues. The staff was accommodating in finding me a new room, but the experience left a lot to be desired overall. The location is convenient for my work, being close to the interstate, but the noise levels from outside were a distraction. The dining options were satisfactory but didn't exceed expectations. The facilities were basic and could use some improvements in terms of maintenance and cleanliness.

I checked into the HIE and found the hotel to be conveniently located next to a Waffle House where I am working. The room I reserved had a strange smell upon checking in, and there were noisy teenage boys around. Despite these issues, the hotel is recommendable with great dining options in Cartersville.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were spotless and cozy, making for a restful night's sleep. The staff provided excellent service, although there were some minor drawbacks. The location was convenient, close to dining options and work locations. The dining choices could be improved, but the facilities were commendable.
The hotel was in a convenient location, close to the interstate and down to the night manager. The dining, however, had so much to offer and the gyudon dishes were enjoyable. The facilities were basic with dry cleaning and laundry services available.
